Abstract
According to the master plan, Ho Chi Minh City was built to the city by 2025 only 10 million people, but now the population has reached the number of 13 million. With the arrangement, space arrangement and economic development model being implemented by Ho Chi Minh City, public transport will be the first choice rather than just encouraging the use as time passes. Thus, to solve the problem of population can only develop urban compression. At the same time, city government also needs to have solutions to develop the city in a sustainable and effective way.
