Education and Training by Advanced Program: A Case in Vietnam

Through the implementation of some advanced training programs of higher education, the project aims to build and develop a number of training disciplines, faculties and universities to meet regional and international standards. The advanced curriculum is applied by appropriately tailored training institutes based on the curriculum that is being applied in advanced world universities (original curriculum) and taught. Taught in English. The advanced program must be linked to the country's socio-economic development orientation and be consistent with the university's applied capacity. Schools which are assigned the task of implementing advanced programs must meet the following conditions: Training registration schemes must be of good quality and selected according to the general evaluation and selection process prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.. Schools must ensure the quantity and quality of management staff, lecturers and facilities; To work out specific and feasible plans to ensure funding for program implementation. For advanced programs, faculty members must have a master's degree or higher, professional qualification, English proficiency and English proficiency, and be able to afford at least 40% Space for scientific research; Establishment of research teams, collaborative research with foreign countries.
