Abstract

The following study will make reference to the research and analysis of Generation Z*’ profile and to find out how well the industry is prepared to serve the needs and expectations of *GEN Z; both as guests and employees of their establishment. The aim is to help the hotel industry to be a trend setter rather than a follower in the rapidly changing demands and expectations of the people who have started to shape the world in this very moment.
