Abstract
The fourth industrial revolution, also known as the digital revolution, took place from the beginning of the 21st century. The characteristic of this industrial revolution is the increasing popularity of artificial intelligence and automated machines, bringing a combination of virtual systems and reality. This revolution has a strong impact on many fields and many aspects of social life, in which it is indispensable for a high quality human resource; but human resources are the direct object of education - training. Industrial Revolution (CMCN) 4.0 is the trend of automation and data exchange in production technology. The essence of Industry 4.0 is based on digital technology and integrating all intelligent technologies to optimize production processes and methods; emphasizing the technologies that are and will have the greatest impact are 3D printing technology, biotechnology, new material technology, automation technology, robotics including cyber systems, internet of things and cloud computing. Thereby, creating intelligent factories with a system of self-connected machines, self-organization and management is also known as the digital revolution.
