Introduction
Abstract
Banking is an essential to the people in their day to day transactions of economic activities. The major function of banking system in any country is to generate deposits and to channelize them into productive sectors of economy in the form of credit. Customers are growing in sophistication, because they are increasingly comfortable with information technologies that they are financially literae with busy lives. People tend to want and expect convenience of a high standard, in each area of social life including banking sector. This study was carried out the answer what were the needy factors of customers from commercial bank. 404 respondents were participated in the study and reflected their inner opinion properly. Field survey through questionnaire was held and data were collected by researcher and his team. SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the data. The study revealed that customers needed bank for to deposit, for ATM service, for mobile banking, to get loan and other services respectively. There is significant difference on the reasons of selection of bank among the different districts. Similarly, there is no significant association between private and public banks on the expectations of customers.
