Abstract

Education is a dynamic force in the life of every individual influencing one's physical, mental, emotional, social and ethical developments. It is a key factor in determining the overall progress of a society. Schools are representatives of quality of societies. So, school should be well managed to make effective school model. Obviously, they provide quality education for coming generations. Skill and performance capabilities, as well as confidence among the stake holders while conducting their duties within schools is known as school management. School management play vital role on improvement of education qualities. Among the five factors of management planning is the most important factors that indicate vision with high expectations and Effecting Learning Times and instructions of schools. The study was conducted to find the effecting factors in school management especially under the planning components. Forty schools were selected and observed the different stakeholders' opinions and analyzed the data. Principal, vice principal/ co-ordinator, math teacher, other teachers (male-female), chairperson or member of SMC, PTA and parents were participated in the study. 400 respondents were participated in the study and presented their inner opinion properly. Field survey through questionnaire was held and data were collected by researcher and his team. SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the data. Finally twenty four affecting factors were identified under the vision with high expectations and Effecting Learning Times and instructions they are related factors of school management. Some factors were significant difference and some are not.
