Problems of the employees of Private Schools in Nepal

'Teachers and non-teaching staff of private schools have lots of problems or not' is the subject of the study. All the occupation or profession can be the passion of more or less people of a society. But no students of college make aim of being private school's teacher. It is not a hateful profession. It has produced more than half manpower of country even with quality result in SLC or SEE. But the profession could not be the attraction of good and talented learners. The job as a private schools' teacher has become a time pass job or a work of fulfilling the study expenses for the college students before holding the targeted degree. A teacher remains working in private school, if s/he does not get any alternative job or age does not match to alter the profession. The reason to be out of passion or choice of people can be dissatisfaction upon the profession. This study investigates the problems of the teachers and non-teaching staff of Private Schools' of Nepal.
