Abstract

John State says, "Faith and obedience to the authority of the Scriptures are a necessary consequence of Christ's acceptance of divine sovereignty." To deny authority is to rebel against the authority of the Lord. Such an act would not be innocent. No, a Christian writer will survive without taking Christian literature seriously. The authority of God's Word is that God stands firmly behind every sentence, every context, every doctrine, every command, every promise. Must be, must be supplementary of science, must be the answer to every question of society, only then it can be called Christian literature.
