Abstract
This article was written with the aim of finding the relationship between earnings quality (ROE), operating income (NPM), and leverage (DER) on stock prices. By using sample of 55 companies listed on the stock exchange from 2018 - 2020, the analysis of this study was implementing a quatitative approach by performing multiple regression tests. The test results conclude that DER and NPM have a negative and significative effect on stock prices, while ROE has a positive and significant impact to the stock price.
