Abstract
With the rapid development of socialist market economy,there are same new problems constantly emerging about the administrative values and administrative ethics of Chinese civil servants. At the same time, the development of the comprehensive political system reform has also begun to reveal that China's administrative ethics construction is still relatively backward and can’t keep up with the trend of the times. This paper mainly analysis following three aspects :the connotation of administrative ethics, the existing problems of administrative ethics and the strategies Improving administrative ethics.This thesis is based on the summary and predicament of administrative ethics, regard the outlet of seeking administrative ethics construction as logical termination.In view of the existing problems of Chinese administrative ethics construction at the present stage.It’s necessary to enhance the construction of administrative ethics level by establishing the rule of law, strengthening the system construction and improving self-discipline consciousness,thus gradually changing the management consciousness of public management, and promoting the conscious formation of service consciousness, sense of responsibility and other excellent administrative ethics consciousness of the public servants. Further promotng the overall reform of China's political system and the modernization of democratic politics.
