Although there are exceptional institutions, overall quality varies widely, raising issues with outmoded curricula, restricted access, and uneven faculty qualifications. The legal education system is impacted by governmental policies, regulatory agencies, infrastructure, technology developments, and socioeconomic shifts. The best legal education is hampered by factors like poor instruction, out-of-date curricula, accessibility, and a lack of job possibilities, moral dilemmas, and insufficient legal help.
Despite obstacles, improvements and diversification are facilitated by the establishment of new private colleges and specialized National Law Schools. Even though there are more lawyers in India than any other country in the world, there is still a demand for qualified workers. The secret to raising the bar and realizing the desired expertise in the legal field lies with new-generation law schools.
